Stated as the “hottest health & wellness event in the UK”, our 3 days at Balance Festival was action-packed with many wonderful encounters. Mixing passion and pleasure is always a blessing, and it was inspiring to discover so many brands. We fell in love with 6 upcoming ventures at the festival:
A trendy wellbeing cafe in Bethnal Green, where you can pop by for a raw juice, a vegan burger or a wine tasting. I can’t wait to go there and try their famous courgette carbonara (see pic on the left, how yummy does it look?!!)
Stated as “your most personal trainer”, Elvie is the discovery of the year in the UK! It’s a kegel trainer which will help you to strengthen your pelvic-floor muscles (i.e. the useful muscles that you need to workout during pregnancy and after birth!)
Melissa is a super organized list lover and ready to do some admin for you, yogis! I really love the concept and wish I would have found about her services earlier, when I was struggling to find time to do my yoga teacher invoices!
Noemie and Millen came up with the idea that “life does not stop when you have a baby, it becomes better!”. They created perfectly curated gift sets for expecting and new mothers. As a future-to-be godmother, I already found my thoughtful gift and happy to support that maternity shouldn’t be a black hole for good taste.
I love the concept of Patch Garden: to bring the outdoors in and transform outdoor space in perfect urban garden. Plants have a huge impact on our health and happiness; you breathe in what they breathe out!
As a yogini, I’m always on the lookout for a new comfy/trendy/planet-friendly yoga clothes, and Asquith ticks all the boxes! Alice, founder of this activewear, managed to create amazing pieces that you can wear from street to studio. Cheeky discount for Yogi2Me lovers, 20% off with the code YOGI2ME20 (sorry for the temptation, but it’s too good to say no!)
