Beginners yoga is the ideal way to begin your live private yoga practice and discover yoga in the safe environment of your own home. It is perfect for beginners and students alike wishing to learn or revisit the fundamentals of yoga. You will be taught the foundations of yoga and the essentials which will help you keep your mind and body active and healthy.

Vinyasa yoga is one of the most popular styles among yogis of all experience levels. Practice with your teacher from home and use a combination of breath-work and movement with a consistent flow of different poses. If you have the tendency to let your mind wander, or you want to be mentally challenged while still at home then vinyasa yoga is right for you! The flow allows you to stay focused with a variety of poses. It will push your limits no matter what level you are at in your practice. It also gives you a great cardio workout which is important to maintain!

If you are in need of an energy boost, over-stressed or your mind is spinning then yin yoga is for you. Yin yoga consists of a series of long-held sitting postures, mainly working on the lower part of the body which is especially rich in connective tissues. It is proven to help calm and balance the mind and body, reduce stress and anxiety, increase circulation and flexibility and improve joint mobility. This is a great style of yoga to have a positive effect on your mental health.

Hatha yoga can be a great introduction to yoga as it includes breathing and posture exercises. Whilst it doesn’t provide a cardio workout like vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga focuses on details and alignment through posture and breath. It will leave you feeling more relaxed which is important now more than ever. Hatha classes are a great way to get started with your yoga practice from the safety of your home.

The mind might start to feel a bit busy and loud, so we need to practice a simple and straightforward meditation at home to allow you to expand your awareness, remove built up stress and establish a deep state of rest, calm and ease in your body. You have the option to request a focus for your meditation depending on your mood that day, or let our fantastic teachers choose how they guide you.

Pregnancy yoga plays a key part in developing awareness of how body movement, sound, breathing and relaxation can be incredibly useful during the birthing process and beyond. Pregnancy yoga helps women to enjoy their pregnancy with minimal discomfort as well as strengthen the body in preparation for labour. Your instructor will modify the postures so that they suit your stage of pregnancy.

Need help keeping your children entertained and also calm them down? Kids yoga is a great way to help your children to relax and slow down whilst nurturing strength, flexibility and balance. It has also been proven to help with developing self-confidence and body awareness. The online class will be fun and engaging with your children learning about deep breathing using fun exercises and experiencing yoga practice through a mix of stories, books, songs and games.

Kundalini yoga is open to all levels no matter what your yoga practice has been before! Kundalini yoga classes incorporate poses (asana), pranayama (breath work), mantra (chanting) and meditation. Taking a Gong Bath has a great impact on internal healing by creating deep levels of mental calmness and harnesses positive vibrations which have been known to reduce stress, anxiety, chronic pain and sleep disorders. The gong triggers the delta and theta brain wave states, which are the slowest brain waves in humans. We tend to reach these states during daydreaming or deep sleep, and they are known to aid relaxation, creativity and natural healing.

Handstand is one of the most challenging balancing poses and requires practice to hold and master. Whether you are completely new to handstands or not, it's a journey. There is always something more to learn shall it be a leg variation - split, straight, tucked or pressing into your handstand! Our teachers will guide your handstand journey through an online class for you to gain confidence to see the world upside down!

Sound healing therapy uses Tibetan singing bowls to help restore your body from the stresses of life. Working with the frequencies and the sound waves will activate a deep healing process to your body and mind. Each live session is hosted by a sound healer using Tibetan bowls for you to feel the power of frequencies from within and experience a deep relaxation at your home. If you believe you can’t relax or meditate, then this session is for you!
