The aim of Helen's yoga teaching is to help others on their own journey, to empower them to feel comfortable and strong in their own skin, and to help each practitioner find what feels right for them.
Her classes are creative, keeping a sense of fun, whilst being challenging yet achievable. She is patient and positive, helping to motivate students towards their goals.
