Jacqui teaches slow flow hatha yoga, combining flexibility, balance and strength work. Her sessions are creative, varied and supportive. She puts constant focus on the breath to draw you into the stillness within the physical forms, awaken prana (inner energy) and develop awareness.
She is passionate about sharing the true, spiritual essence of yoga and also teaches meditation,. Jacqui has been dedicated to yoga for 20 years, and is fascinated by the ancient texts, philosophies and practices, particularly tantra.
