Jen has been practicing yoga since her teenage years, and following from this she completed her training in 2016, and then supplemented this with her 95-hour kids yoga training.
Jen's adult yoga classes are centred upon need, working with a steady vinyasa flow class. Each class will be built up towards opening a certain area of the body or energy chakra using thoughtful music.
With her child and family classes, she loves creating a space for the child and adult to connect with each other in a way that they may not in day to day life. Students are to expect elements of fun, calm, music and partner poses, all based upon a chosen theme with the use of a variety of props.
