Annabelle is an encouraging teacher with a friendly and approachable manner. Having experienced the healing benefits of yoga; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually herself, she finds it incredibly fulfilling to be in a position to share such a beautiful, inclusive practice with others. Annabelle intuitively adapts classes according to the needs of each individual and their personal goals. Annabelle has travelled to India and Australia to continue her learning with experienced teachers and has developed her own consistent practice.
