Having experienced the healing benefits ofyoga; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually herself, she finds it incredibly fulfilling tobein a position to share such a beautiful, inclusive practice with others, helping toempower people to improve their overall health and wellness by learning to connect tothemselves on a deeper level. One of her priorities is teaching people how to take their yoga off the mat into their daily lives. Annabelle intuitively adapts classes according to the needs of each individual and their personal goals. She has travelled to India and Australia to continue her learning with experienced teachers. She has developed her own consistent practice and attends many different courses, exploring a variety of different types of yoga, mediation, pranayama and mantra, which inspires her creative classes for clients. Annabelle’s class typically starts with connection to your breath, then flowing through a variety of dynamic postures and ending with you feeling deeply relaxed and present in your body and mind.
