Deepa has been involved in the holistic field for over 17 years and has studied under the guidance of some of the most influential yoga practitioners. In Deepa’s classes, there is great awareness of the spine and joints releasing, and the breath interweaves the movements, so the body feels spacious and the nervous system rejuvenated. After a class, students will experience a mind, body connection and shift of awareness that can be applied to all aspects of their lives.
