🇬🇧 Dirish has been practicing yoga and meditation for 10 years. He comes from a creative arts background and injects this creativity into his classes. His work has been described as inspiring, rejuvenating, mindful and dynamic. A qualified teacher in Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Shakti Dance and leads Gong Meditation. He continues to expand his practice and teaching skills with regular expeditions to LA and India.
