It is the ultimate antidote to modern life, although it is an ancient practice and no doubt needed long before our skyscrapers and coffee to go! Dynamic at times and calm during others, there is a consistent focus on opening areas of resistance and softening, whilst simultaneously strengthening body and mind.

Hollie teaches creative vinyasa flow with integral breathwork that focuses on specific areas of the body; using intelligent alignment with anatomical relevance and novel sequencing that allows clients to feel revived, present, and inspired inviting a happier, more balanced state of mind.
