Jenny has been practicing Yoga for over 10 years, she started a career in fitness as a PT and Pilates Instructor and then in 2017 was given the opportunity to travel to India to complete her 200 hours TT. The immersive experience taught Jenny all the different aspects of yoga including meditation, pranayama and chanting and she tries to incorporate these into her classes to make them as authentic as possible. From her background in fitness and Pilates Jenny is very comfortable working with injuries, in particular back problems which are commonplace among office workers. Jenny’s passion for Yoga shows through her dedication to her practice, her teaching as well as constant studying to be able to offer more students.
