Jessica Marie believes that anyone can practice yoga and start feeling the benefits immediately – in mind and in body. She found yoga in 2011 and is trained in a range of styles, from dynamic vinyasa to slower, and softer yin, with experience teaching beginners to advanced students of all ages. She will work with you to understand what your body – and your mind – needs from yoga and how to build a safe and fun practice specifically for you.
Specific focuses can include yoga foundations, targeting particular areas of tension, inversions, or simply building up strength and flexibility. She is patient, supportive and technically focused.
