Jordan Mae

After over 10 years of personal yoga practice Jordan was inspired to turn her passion into her work. She began teaching yoga all over the world after finishing her training in Thailand. She has spent the last few years teaching classes in Vietnam, Canada and Costa Rica and is now based in London. Her classes integrate creative, fun, energetic, alignment-based vinyasa sequences with mindful meditation. Each class ensures postures are both accessible and challenging to all levels. Classes are judgement free, strong yet playful, fun, light and focused on good positive mantras and vibrations.
