🇬🇧 Natalie’s classes encourage a sense of physical and emotional freedom. She takes a down-to-earth, supportive and often playful approach, balancing emphasis on connecting with physical sensation and finding the right alignment for your body with insights from her training in philosophy and mindfulness. For Natalie, yoga is a means of inspiring greater curiosity about our bodies, minds and breath and developing greater control over these aspects in order to uncover a means of experiencing life more richly and increasingly become fuller, brighter versions of ourselves. In addition to yoga, Natalie is a pilates instructor, life and health coach, personal trainer and mindfulness facilitator.
