🇺🇸 Rochelle came to yoga as a competitive runner in 2009 looking for recovery from injuries and help with tightness in the muscles.  She believes yoga is a personal journey for everyone – beautiful and unique – yoga perfectly unites mind, body and breath – all the while working on balance, strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
Rochelle encourages leaving all expectations at the door, falling over (if you’re not falling sometimes, you’re probably not pushing yourself), laughing at yourself, and most importantly, never give up!
