Rochelle was introduced to yoga in 2009 when looking for a recovery method from running injuries and help with muscle tightness. She believes yoga is a personal journey for everyone – beautiful and unique – yoga perfectly unites mind, body and breath – all the while working on balance, strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Rochelle encourages leaving all expectations at the door, falling over (if you’re not falling sometimes, you’re probably not pushing yourself) and laughing at yourself!
