Salma has been an avid runner and exercise fanatic for years and discovered yoga through an injury from running and other impact sports. Yoga helped her recover quickly and safely, and through the process, she fell in love with the practice. Salma has completed multiple yoga trainings, with over 700 hours under her belt and can teach in various styles. She loves sharing her knowledge and passion for yoga with everyone, beginners and experienced students alike.
