🇬🇧 Jess discovered yoga during her professional ballet training. The practice shifted Jess’s awareness to a more centred and peaceful place. In Jess’s classes there is focus on alignment, muscle engagement and use of breath to help rejuvenate the nervous system. Jess creates a calm and relaxed space for people to explore their minds and bodies at their own pace.
