Rose believes in the powerful healing tool of yoga through uniting the body and mind. She will guide you through a dynamic flow that is both light and energising whilst deeply nurturing.
Her Vinyasa Flow teaching style has been heavily influenced by more traditional training and courses taken in Sivananda, Ashtanga, Kundalini and Vipassana meditation. Her classes often have a Yin/Yang element, concentrating on longer holds to release tension from the deeper tissue.
