For the past 10 years, Sammi has worked in the music industry and lived in London. The combination of a high pressured job and a busy city left her with very little space to breathe, until she discovered Yoga.
Whilst training in The Heart of Yoga she discovered first hand how life changing Yoga can be for a burnt-out nervous system. She has since completed further training in Trauma Informed Yoga and has a keen interest in Polyvagal Theory.
Sammi specialises in a slow, calming, dynamic flow with an emphasis on breath-initiated movement.
