Thank you for choosing Yogi2Me, the best place to book a bespoke yoga lesson to your home.
These terms and conditions of service together with any terms and policies referred to in them constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yogi2Me Ltd (“We”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 9631819 and have our registered office at Office Gold, Building 3, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YA. Our VAT number is 243874486.
Yogi2Me Ltd provides a booking service via a mobile app, website and over the phone for a range of various types of yoga lessons ("Yoga Lessons") and wellness services "Wellness Services" that are performed in each and every case by independent self-employed professional yoga teachers ("Independent Teachers") or therapists ("Independent Therapists").
In providing this booking service, Yogi2Me administer the relationship between such yoga teachers / therapists and clients. Yogi2Me has no responsibility for any Yoga Lessons that you book through us: we are simply involved with the booking process.
When booked by us, the session you receive will be subject to the Independent Teachers and/or Therapists liability waiver which an example is included below for reference.
Yogi2Me is not a party to any booking agreement: this will solely be between you and the Independent Teacher or Therapist who provides you with their services.
Our Terms govern your use of our website, our mobile app and our telephone booking services (collectively " Our Booking Services "). By using Our Site or Our Booking Services, you agree to abide by Our Terms. Please read Our Terms carefully and thoroughly. If you do not accept Our Terms, you must not make a booking through Yogi2Me for any services.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 requires Yogi2Me to give you certain key information for there to be a legally binding contract between you and us. This information is set out below. Details on how to make a booking are set out below. If we wish to change any key information once a legally binding contract is made, we can only do this if you agree to it.
We only conclude contracts in the English language.
You confirm that you are of legal age to access and use Our Site and/or Our Booking Services and of legal capacity to agree to Our Terms. You are not eligible to use Our Booking Services if you are under the age of 18.
When registered on Our Site you will be able to submit a request for a booking at a time and place of your choosing, and connect you with an available Independent Teacher or Therapist.
Clients and Independent Teachers & Therapists are not permitted to exchange personal contact details and all bookings are to be made through the app or website. If assistance is required regarding a booking or a Yogi2Me practitioner needs to be contacted, please email or call +44203 958 4017.
BOOKING PROCESS & PAYMENT
You can make a booking request through Our Site or App by stating the time, place and type of lesson required.
You may only make a booking up to 4 weeks in advance.
Your payment details will be requested at the time of booking and payment. Full payment of the service fee is due at the time of booking.
The Treatment Fee belongs to the Independent Teacher or Therapist who provides the services. Yogi2Me collects the Fee from you as their agent. For each booking made through us, we charge the relevant Independent Teacher or Therapist an agreed fee (plus any VAT payable thereon) for introducing you to the service provider. We have an agreement with each Independent Therapist and Teachers under which we are entitled to deduct Our Agent's Fee from the Service Fee paid.
We will do all that we reasonably can to ensure that all of the information you give us when paying for the secure is secure by using an encrypted secure payment mechanism. However, in the absence of negligence on the part of Yogi2Me, we will not be legally responsible to you for any loss that you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information that you may give us at any time.
All payments by credit card or debit card need to be authorised by the relevant card issuer. We may also need to use extra security steps via Verified by Visa.
By making a booking you agree to provide complete, correct and true information including without limitation billing and payment information.
Once your booking is accepted and confirmed by the Independent Therapist or Teacher, you will receive confirmation of your lesson.
By making a booking, you are responsible for:
Full payment of the applicable Lesson Fee;
Ensuring the Independent Teacher or Therapist has access to your Designated Premises which must, in all cases, represent a suitable space in which the service can be performed, with all appropriate facilities (including, adequate lighting and heating); and
Ensuring the health and safety of the Independent Therapist or Teacher whilst at your Designated Premises.
All Lesson Fees are payable through Our Mobile App, website or over the telephone as part of our booking service.
The price of our services (each a "Service Price" and collectively "Service Prices ") varies according to the type, the number of participant and duration of the service.

In addition to the responsibilities noted above, it is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information at the time of booking. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in a failure to complete your booking request, cancellation of your booking or an inability of the booked Independent Teacher or Therapist to provide the service as requested. Such failure may also result in loss or incorrect delivery of your booking confirmation.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
You acknowledge that you do not have the right to cancel a booking under statutory regulation. However, you are entitled to cancel bookings in accordance with this Clause.
If you change your mind about your booking prior to the appointment time, then you may cancel your booking but a cancellation fee will be charged as per below. Any cancellations of your bookings should be made online via the App. In the event that the App is not operational, you can call our Customer Care line on +44203 958 4017. Same Terms & Conditions apply for Class Packs.
Within 5 minutes of having confirmed the booking (“Grace Period”), it is free to cancel.
More than 48 hours prior to class commencement, there is no charge for cancellation
Between 24 and 48 hours prior to class commencement, there will be a 50% charge of the booking fee amount
Between 24 and 2 hours prior to class commencement, there will be a 80% charge of the booking fee amount
Within 2 hours of prior to class commencement, there will be a 100% charge of the booking
You will be charged the full booking fee if you:
Cancel a booking other than permitted above
Attempt to cancel a booking on or after the appointment time
Fail to attend a booking at the appointment time and/or at the correct location.
We charge a cancellation fee to compensate the teacher because the teacher will unlikely be able to make another booking where you cancel with short or no notice.
We may waive our right to cancellation fees in our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Note all refunds are processed immediately but can take up to 10 business days for the bank to complete.
If the client reschedules within 5 minutes of booking it is free of charge; otherwise, the below charges are applicable.
Before 48 hours of class commencement – Free of charge
48 to 24 hours of class commencement – 15% fee
24 to 2 hours – 30% fee
Less than a 2 hours – cancellation policy applies and unable to reschedule class
Cancellation terms also applicable to class packs.
Gift cards can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before class commencement. Within 48 hours cancellation policy applies and unable to reschedule class.
We offer class packs of 5 and 10 classes. Once purchased, enter your unique code to redeem against our services.
Class packs cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes and are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Class packs and gift card validity can NOT be extended under any circumstance.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy are the same for all classes regardless of being part of a class pack or not.
Gift cards can be used to purchase services with Yogi2Me, through yogi2me.com or using the Yogi2Me app.
Once purchased, you can request the gift card to be delivered to the recipient either via mail or email at a specific date.
The gift card contains a unique code that can be redeemed against our services.
We offer a seven day cancellation policy with a full refund on all gift cards, provided they haven’t been applied to a Yogi2Me account or redeemed against any services.
If you would like to cancel your gift card please email email@example.com quoting the code.
If you have received a card, you will need to create an account through yogi2me.com or on the Yogi2Me App (available on iPhone).
Enter your unique code in order to redeem your card against the service of your choice.
Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes and are valid for 2 months from date of purchase.
Services booked using the gift card can be rescheduled once up to 48 hours before class commencement.
Gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.
EXTENSIONS AND DELAYS
If you wish to extend the time you have booked, the teacher will endeavour to fulfil your request subject to availability and this will require another additional booking on the App (subject to min 45 time slot). If you are delayed and unable to meet your booked appointment time in excess of 10 minutes, the end time of your class will not be extended. If you are late in commencing your class by less than 10 minutes, the teacher is not obligated but may, at his/her sole discretion extend the class to provide the full booked time for your class.
Yogi2Me IS ONLY AN INTRODUCER
Our Booking Services enable those seeking Yoga and Wellness Services to book appointments with Independent Teachers or Therapists seeking to provide such Services. Whilst Yogi2Me interviews and assesses Independent Therapist and Teachers who wish to provide Services, we do not guarantee or warrant, and make no representations regarding the reliability, quality or suitability of Independent Therapists or Teachers. This is entirely a matter for you. Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that Yogi2Me does not have any obligation to conduct any background checks on any Independent Therapist or Teachers and have no obligation in respect of any service they may provide.
When interacting with any Independent Therapist or Teachers you should exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety, details and property, just as you would when interacting with other persons who are unknown to you.
Class date & time are to be requested by client and booked by Yogi2Me.
Bookings can be for regular weekly/bi-weekly classes or special events.
Bookings are to be paid by invoice before class start by card or bank transfer and are subject to VAT.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are as outlined above in the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
To ensure your well-being, we require you to read and accept this form before booking Yoga or Wellness services.
Please read the following to confirm your understanding and acceptance.
I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which may incur through participation on any given day.
I understand that yoga sessions are not a substitute for medical care and that prior to my lesson I have informed Yogi2Me Ltd and the represented independent yoga teacher of my choice of all known medical conditions and injuries. By accepting the terms and conditions, I affirm that I am physically able to practice yoga and do herby agree that Yogi2Me Ltd & the represented independent yoga teacher is not responsible or liable to me for any injury, accident, or loss of personal property. I verify my good health and physical condition to participate. In addition, I will make Yogi2Me Ltd & the independent yoga teacher aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my acceptance to terms and conditions verifies that I have my doctor's approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and participation is at my own risk. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, therapy, workshops or retreats I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Yogi2Me Ltd & the represented independent yoga teacher for any loss to personal property, injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in classes, therapy or workshops
Our Booking Services are for your personal and non-commercial use and must only be used for the purposes of inquiring about or making bookings for Yoga or Wellness Services expressly described above. You must not use the Site, the Mobile App or Our Booking Services to do any of the following which are strictly prohibited:
Engage in any inappropriate behaviour including but not limited to illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, sexual advances, drug use, excessive drinking and/or other inappropriate behaviour;
Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying Our Booking Services;
Infringe the privacy rights, property rights, or other civil rights of any person;
Harass, abuse, threaten or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of Independent Teachers or Therapist, Yogi2Me (including its employees and personnel) or others;
Harvest, data-mine or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent;
Use technology or other means to access our computer network, unauthorised content or non-public spaces;
Introduce or attempt to introduce any viruses or any other harmful code, files or programs that interrupt or otherwise or limit Our Booking Services' functionality;
Damage, disable or otherwise impair our servers or networks or attempt to do the same; and
Engage in or encourage others to engage in criminal or unlawful conduct or breach these Terms including misuse of Our Booking Services for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.
You agree not to breach these Terms in any way which may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your access to Our Booking Services.
Yogi2Me, the Yogi2Me logo, brand and all other intellectual property rights, trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Site or the Services (whether registered or unregistered) belong to us or our licensors (as are applicable) and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Site or Our Booking Services or the content within the same. All rights are reserved.
As noted above, we introduce individuals seeking Yoga and Wellness services to Independent Teachers and Therapists seeking to provide such services. We are not liable or responsible for the fulfilment of any booking or the performance of the Independent Teacher or Therapist. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for addressing any claims you have as regards any Independent Teachers or Therapists for the services provided on the platform.
Content on Our Site and Mobile App is made available as part of Our Booking Services is provided for your general information purposes only. Nothing contained on Our Site or Mobile App or communicated any other way as part of Our Booking Services constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice, opinion or guidance of any kind. We are not a health care provider nor do we provide medical advice or medical treatment. The information presented on Our Site and Mobile App and otherwise as part of Our Booking Services is not intended to diagnose health problems or to take the place of professional medical care. Should you have a medical issue you should always consult with a qualified medical professional.
We make no warranty or guarantee that Our Site or any other aspect of Our Booking Services is suitable for your intended use, error-free, timely, reliable, entirely secure, virus-free or available. We make no guarantee of particular results or outcomes by use of Our Site, or any other aspect of Our Booking Services.
Nothing in Our Terms will exclude or limit any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to exclude or limit and nothing in Our Terms will exclude or limit our liability in respect of any: death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Yogi2Me, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by Yogi2Me, or any matter which it would be illegal or unlawful for Yogi2Me to exclude or limit, or to attempt or purport to exclude or limit, its liability.
We are not liable or responsible for any errors in or failure to provide Our Booking Services due to your error or failure to provide accurate and complete information.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that Our Booking Services are available, we do not represent, warrant or guarantee in any way the continued availability at all times or the uninterrupted use by you of Our Booking Services. We reserve the right to suspend or cease the operation of all or part of Our Booking Services from time to time at our sole discretion.
USE OF THIS SITE, OUR MOBILE APP AND OUR BOOKING SERVICES IS ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED AT LAW IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, LOST REVENUES, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVING OR PROFITS, OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, OR WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, OR WITH THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE SITE OR SERVICES.
You agree to defend and indemnify us from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, that arise from or relate to your use or misuse of, or access to Our Booking Services and otherwise from your violation of Our Terms.
MODIFICATION & TERMINATION
We may modify Our Terms or terminate use of Our Booking Services at any time by giving notice of termination to you. The Lesson Prices may also change from time to time. We may also change, suspend, terminate or discontinue any aspect of Our Booking Services including availability of certain features at any time for any reason.
If any provision of Our Terms is deemed or becomes invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
You agree that Our Terms for all purposes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You also agree, subject to the following clause, to submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the English courts as regards any claim or matter arising under these Terms.
