New to Yoga? The beginner yoga category is waiting for you
We highly recommend starting with beginner yoga private instruction until you feel comfortable and confident within yourself, your body, and your practise. Beginner’s yoga is the way to discover what yoga is all about and how to practise it in a safe, fun, and playful way.
You can request the teacher to conduct an initial assessment on your postural alignment to help establish your strengths and weaknesses as well as a Yoga plan! The class will introduce you to the foundations of yoga and will give you the confidence to attend a regular practise. The class will demystify some of the key postures (and Sanskrit terms) whilst taking things at a slow, more manageable pace.
