If you’re new to Yoga, we highly recommend starting out with our Beginners Yoga class until you feel comfortable and confident with your body and the key poses. It’s the best way to discover what yoga is all about and how to practise it in a safe, fun, and playful way.
We suggest that you ask your teacher to conduct an initial assessment of your postural alignment and your strengths and weakness in ability to develop a Yoga plan that best suits you. The class will introduce you to the foundations of yoga at a manageable pace to give you the confidence to practise regularly. The class will also help in demystifying some of the Sanskrit terms that go along with key postures.
