Traditionally, the system includes the practise of asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing exercises), designed to connect your mind and body. It focuses on detail, precision, and alignment through posture and breath control. The class is relatively gentle, slow-paced and great for beginners or for those who prefer a more relaxed practice that will nevertheless greatly improve their strength and flexibility.
