Kids Yoga: This is a gentle, fun and creative class designed for children up to 12 years old. It’s meant to help children improve their coordination, self-awareness, and self-esteem, whilst stretching and strengthening their bodies. Kids Yoga also teaches children to connect with their breath to help them learn how to calm their minds and improve their concentration.

Postnatal, Baby Yoga & Massage: This class helps in setting the foundation of physical, emotional, and spiritual health for women to flourish as mothers and be equipped with effective techniques to nurture and comfort their babies.
