The Pregnancy Yoga class combines posture, breathing, and meditation to help keep both mum and her baby healthy and happy. By tapping into the PNS (Peripheral Nervous System) & CNS (Central Nervous System), this class focuses on calming the mind and body to reduce tension and stress.

The Pregnancy class is also carefully designed to alleviate common complaints associated with pregnancy such as heartburn, swelling, back pain and sciatica through building strength and flexibility in the back, pelvis and the muscles needed for childbirth. The class is also meant to increase mental awareness by learning to utilise the breath in a controlled manner to help with daily life, sleeping better and delivery.
